Condition Monitoring:
Condition monitoring is executed when major services are commencing. Oil sample and vibration readings are taken at specific reference points on the compressor air end and motor, which is then sent to Wear Check where the integrity of the oil is analyzed and also checked for microscopic particles and vibration readings are recorded on a graph.
